Total lifesavers !!!!!!!!!! on the worst day
I was driving my 2014 Kia Sportage on Highway 2 with my two teenage boys when the engine light suddenly came on, the car started shaking hard, and speed kept dropping—from 110 km/h down to 80. Trucks roaring past at full speed in the fog freaked me out—I knew something was seriously wrong. Pulled over, hazard lights on, heart pounding.
Called around—no one answered. Then this tow company picked up right away, asked for my exact Google pin, and showed up in under 20 minutes. The driver was calm, professional, kind—talked me down, told us to stay safe inside while we waited for Uber. He drove my car to the repair spot, took clear photos of the loose part (turns out a coolant flush left something dangling—my model needs extra care), showed me proof so I knew what happened, and even wrote a detailed note for the shop (since it’s Easter long weekend, they’re closed three days).
He waited with us till Uber arrived, kept everything smooth, and the whole thing felt unbeatable—fast, caring, spot-on. My boys and I were shaking, but he made us feel safe. Without them, I don’t know what we’d have done. If this ever happens again (hope not!), I’m calling them first. Super grateful—thank you for saving our day!

I was stranded in Devon at Voyager Park on the long weekend. Not many tow trucks available, but Alberta Rose stepped up to help me out of a very difficult situation. So kind to go literally the extra miles to drive me home to Edmonton, and make sure I got in the door safely. Truly compassionate, professional and calm through out a very stressful and scary situation. If you call, you will be treated with respect, caring and integrity, which is not an easy thing to find, especially when you are often in a vulnerable position, such as being stranded outside your vehicle alone in the dark.
